Hansab is proud to present new feature of Qmatic CFM systems-Cinematic 1, which is being released today. Cinematic 1 is a new media player, which can show both videos and still images on large displays. With Cinematic your message gets across where people are waiting. Customers will be looking at one or more displays to see where they are in the queue, which provides a compelling reason to view the display and its messages. When a customer is called forward, the ticket number and where to go will be showed for a few seconds, before the display shows media again. This gives a unique opportunity to inform, advertise products or services, or sell the space.
Cinematic 1 is a user-friendly out of the box solution which works with Orchestra R4 and Ensemble Virtua as part of the CFM workflow. It has a limited number of settings, which enables the customer to connect the device themselves and minimizes the network traffic as the information will be cached at the local branch while still connected to the headquarter
Cinematic 1 can be connected to Orchestra R4 or Ensemble Virtua and provides two major advantages as part of the CFM workflow:
• the branch can create their own surfaces to display on the screens using surface editor
• as part of the customer journey, the message can follow the customer during their visit, mixed with other media being displayed.
