Last year, the 20th year in Hansab history, was successful for Hansab Group. After the major financial crisis in 2009 our home markets showed a fast recovery that positively affected our results. During the last two years we have achieved fast turnover growth and got back to our best results, the years of economic wealth in 2007 and 2008.

People are Hansab’s most vital resource. Over the last 20 years of Hansab's existence, we are known to have the strongest and most coherent team; Hansab trusts its people! When Hansab was first established, we had a team of 5 people, now after 20 years, nearly 170 employees belong to Hansab's team, and as many as two thirds are engaged in service related activities. We provide training and we host educational events in our spheres of expertise. Also, our staff receive the latest training in new systems and service from USA, UK, France, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden and Italy to name a few.
Hansab has been a noted partner to more than 60 suppliers, selling products from leading manufacturers such as NCR, Gunnebo Group, Q-Matic, Vasco, De La Rue, Talaris, Scan Coin, Ingenico and others.
All Hansab's companies have implemented focal IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, which are mandatory to obtain excellence in any service organization. Now, all Hansab's companies have ISO 20 000 certificates which ensure 99,5% service speed, quality and performance.
